MONEL? 60 焊絲 AWS A5.14,ERNiCu-7提供材質(zhì)書 MONEL 60 焊絲主要用于用鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊、熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊和埋弧焊等方法焊接MONEL400合金、R404合金以及K-500合金，也可用于熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊和埋弧焊進(jìn)行鋼材的表面堆焊。對(duì)特定的熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊接條件下，推薦使用NICKLE 61鎳焊絲蓋面。用MONEL 60焊絲進(jìn)行埋弧焊接需要使用INCOFLUX5焊劑。 用MONEL 60焊絲形成的焊縫金屬具有和MONEL 400合金相似的性能－高強(qiáng)度，在多種介質(zhì)中作用下都有較強(qiáng)的耐蝕能力，這些腐蝕介質(zhì)包括海水、鹽類以及還原性酸等。當(dāng)用這種焊條焊接MONEL K-500合金時(shí)，由于焊縫填充金屬不能產(chǎn)生時(shí)效硬化效果，所以強(qiáng)度較母材低。
