該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)的功率等級,安裝尺寸,電氣性能均符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB755-2000《旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)額定和性能》,機(jī)械行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T10315.2 及有關(guān)的IEC 標(biāo)準(zhǔn).

The power classification,mounting dimension and electric performance conform to national standard GB755-2000,JB/T10315.2 and the IEC standard.

電動(dòng)機(jī)的基本安裝方式為臥式帶底腳(IMB3),工作制為連續(xù)工作制(S1).

The basic arrangement code of the electric motors is the horizontal foot mounting(IMB3).The duty of the electric is continuous (S1).

結(jié)構(gòu)說明(Construction introduction)

電動(dòng)機(jī)采用箱式結(jié)構(gòu),機(jī)座采用鋼板焊接而成,重量輕,鋼度好,電動(dòng)機(jī)頂部安裝封閉式空/空冷卻器,拆裝方便,便于電機(jī)的維護(hù)和修理.定子采用壓裝結(jié)構(gòu),定子繞線采用F級絕緣材料,端部有可靠的固定綁扎,在制造過程中經(jīng)過多次匝間脈沖電壓試驗(yàn)及對地耐壓試驗(yàn),并采用引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)真空壓力浸漆無溶劑漆工藝(VPI)處理,因此,電動(dòng)機(jī)的絕緣性能優(yōu)良可靠,機(jī)械強(qiáng)度好,防潮性能強(qiáng).鼠籠轉(zhuǎn)子采用先進(jìn)可靠的鑄鋁工藝制造而成.軸承有兩種形式,一種是球軸承,一種是圓柱滾子軸承,依電機(jī)功率大小轉(zhuǎn)速而定.基本防護(hù)等級為IP44,也可按訂貨要求提供IP54等級的電機(jī).

The motors adopt the box-type construction,the frame is welded together with steel plates,which is with light weight and good stiffness.On the top of the motor frame is the enclose air-to-air cooler,which is easy to mount,disassemble.maintain and repair.With press construction of stator,the insulation class F materials of winding,reliably tied-fixed at the end of the winding,several impulse voltage tests on turn-to-turn and high voltage tests to earth during production and advance varnish technology of the vacuum pressing impregnation (VPI),the motors have perfect and reliable insulation performance,good mechanical stress and good resistance of humidity.The rotor cage is manufactured with the advanced technology of casting aluminum.There are two kinds of bearing arrangements,one is the ball bearing,the other is roller bearing,which is decided by the output power and speed.The basical protection class is IP44.IP54 motors can be supplied according to customer order requirements.
