  據悉，鞍鋼鋼鐵集團目前采用的運營模式是現貨銷售模式。王義棟表示，通過建立期現結合的經營模式，在鋼材銷售方面，預期鋼材價格下跌時，可以通過鋼材期貨賣出套保，鎖定銷售價格和銷售利潤。庫存管理方面，在補庫存時可通過買入鐵礦石、焦煤和焦炭進行套保，建立虛擬庫存以鎖定成本;在去庫存時，可以賣出原料套保，規(guī)避庫存減值風險。此外，企業(yè)還可以利用期貨市場指導現貨銷售和定價，合理控制銷售節(jié)奏。
  進一步完善風險管理

  談及鋼鐵企業(yè)利用期貨市場進行風險管理，中國誠通商品貿易有限公司副總經理王向陽指出，期貨市場是企業(yè)經營和管理風險的必要工具，過去有很多企業(yè)對期貨有一定的認識誤區(qū)。
  “我們從2003年開始參與期貨市場，當前采取的是全額保值，即根據公司采購量在期貨市場賣出等量頭寸的合約，規(guī)避價格下跌對企業(yè)的影響。2005年開始，公司制定了完善的套期保值制度，采購人員根據相關制度規(guī)定，結合采購需求在期貨市場進行相關操作�！蓖跸蜿柋硎�，企業(yè)在參與期貨市場風險管理時，要把庫存和期貨盈利綜合考核，并設計出合理的套期保值體系。
  在參與場內市場的同時，一些企業(yè)也充分利用場外期權等業(yè)務模式進一步做好風險對沖。永安資本總經理助理衍生品總監(jiān)蔣寒立介紹，圍繞企業(yè)個性化需求打造的場外衍生產品開始越來越復雜化，需求體量也越來越大，對沖工具和模式也逐步多元化，新上市的一些場內期權也為市場提供了多元化選擇。王義棟指出，目前交易所推出的場外期權、基差點價等試點工作成為了企業(yè)管理風險的重要渠道。
