2. 人工裝好物料放至輸送帶，機(jī)械自動上膠、封口.
3. 機(jī)器使用膠量大約是手工封盒膠的1/3，膠水使用量極少；
4. 整機(jī)采用不銹鋼和鋁合金材料，符合食品級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
5. 底部裝有腳輪，輕松移動；
6. 觸摸屏控制自動調(diào)節(jié)規(guī)格，無任何經(jīng)驗(yàn)者都可在短時間熟悉使用。
（1）main features:

（二）使用方法：
1. 安裝入盒輸送帶；
2. 安裝尾部出料成品紙盒倒立輪盤；
3. 打開電源開關(guān)，用觸摸屏數(shù)控調(diào)節(jié)生產(chǎn)盒子尺寸（進(jìn)入指引界面）；
4. 膠輪定點(diǎn)（點(diǎn)動調(diào)試、當(dāng)盒子走到膠槽位置再靈活定位膠輪）；
5. 將熱熔膠放入膠槽——安裝凈化器，根據(jù)不同熱熔膠來設(shè)定封盒機(jī)加熱溫度，待膠完全熔化；
6. 接通氣源，按下啟動鍵；
7. 放置裝好產(chǎn)品的紙盒到封盒機(jī)輸送帶；
8. 自動輸送，封盒機(jī)開始自動完成涂膠折蓋送出成品。
(2)usage:
1. install the conveyor belt into the box;
2. install the inverted rotary disc of the paper box of the finished product discharged from the tail;
3. turn on the power switch and adjust the size of the production box with the touch screen numerical control (enter the guide interface);
4. set the rubber wheel at a fixed point (point and adjust, position the rubber wheel flexibly when the box goes to the position of the rubber groove);
5. put the hot melt adhesive into the glue tank -- install the purifier, set the heating temperature of the box sealing machine according to different hot melt adhesive, and wait for the glue to melt completely;
6. turn on the gas source and press the start button;
7. place the carton packed with products into the conveyor belt of the box sealing machine;
