產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介： ??SAW-Z系列螺柱焊接自動(dòng)化平臺(tái)是一種高精度、高效率全自動(dòng)數(shù)控螺柱焊接系統(tǒng)。3軸傳動(dòng)均采用高精度滾珠絲桿線性模組，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，定位精度高，使用壽命長(zhǎng)；控制系統(tǒng)采用工業(yè)級(jí)工控電腦主板及運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡，交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)；焊機(jī)選用SAW-D型儲(chǔ)能焊接機(jī)（也可配SAW-3600A型DSP高頻逆變螺柱焊機(jī)）。Z軸由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，可配一把焊槍或多把焊槍。 SAW-Z series of stud welding automation platform is an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency. 3-axis is driven through linear guidance with?ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high positioning accuracy ang long life of the?system. the control system uses the industry-level industrial computer mainboard, motion?control card and AC servo drive, while the welding machines use SAW-D capacitor discharge?welding machine (also with SAW-3600A DSP-based high-frequency inverter stud welder).Z-axis which is a motor-driven, can be equipped with one or more guns. 性能特點(diǎn) 人機(jī)界面友好； 能將DXF文件轉(zhuǎn)換成程序文件； 可根據(jù)圖紙進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)仿真模擬； 可對(duì)運(yùn)行速度及時(shí)間進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)控制； 可對(duì)運(yùn)行速度和循環(huán)時(shí)間進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)； 可自動(dòng)檢測(cè)焊釘是否輸送到位； 平臺(tái)大小可根據(jù)客戶需求定制； 可為客戶定做各類工裝夾具。 性能特點(diǎn)?Features A.
