Piccolyte S 135

Piccolyte S 135 多萜樹脂是一種淺色、惰性、低摩爾質(zhì)量的熱塑性石油樹脂。

主要特性：

Piccolyte S 135 多萜樹脂從松節(jié)油中分離出的高純度 β-蒎烯中提取，具有淺色和顏色穩(wěn)定性、低氣味以及附著力和內(nèi)聚性能之間的出色平衡等特點(diǎn)。

它是一種特殊的天然橡膠增粘劑，主要設(shè)計(jì)用于壓敏粘合劑、熱熔粘合劑、涂料和橡膠化合物。

應(yīng)用：

壓敏膠和熱熔膠中的增粘樹脂
橡膠化合物中的改性樹脂
熔模鑄件用蠟改性劑
在紡織品整理應(yīng)用中用作硬化劑和防水劑

Product Debbbbbbion and Use

Piccolyte®S135polyterpene resin is a pale, inert, low molecular weight, thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. Produced from high purity beta-pinene isolated from turpentine, it is characterized by light color and color stability; low odor; excellent balance of adhesive and cohesive properties. It is an outstanding tackifier for natural rubber, and is designed primarily for use in pressure-sensitive adhesives, hot-melt adhesives and coatings, and rubber compounding.

Applications

Tackifier resin in pressure-sensitive and hot-melt adhesives
Modifier resin in rubber compounding
Wax modifier for investment castings
Used as stiffening and waterproofing agents in textile sizing applications
Component in SBR-based can sealants
