TPE包膠應(yīng)該注意的問題： 1、TPE與硬膠結(jié)構(gòu)件的相容性需匹配，分子溶解度相接近，分子的相容性才比較好; 2、在設(shè)計(jì)中需盡量避免尖銳的轉(zhuǎn)角，以保證TPE與硬膠件接觸優(yōu)良，提升粘接效果; 3、通過合適的排氣以避免模具型腔內(nèi)留有氣體; 4、使TPE的厚度與預(yù)期的觸感達(dá)到平衡; 5、保持TPE融體的溫度以保證粘接效果; 6、TPE材料包覆成型需烘料再加工，以減少制品表面水紋，獲得表面色澤均勻的效果; 7、選擇的色母粒其載體樹脂與TPE和結(jié)構(gòu)件材料都相容; 8、對(duì)于光滑的表面要特別處理，目的是增加軟膠與硬膠粘合接觸面，加強(qiáng)粘接效果 9、TPE應(yīng)具有較好的流動(dòng)性，因TPE包膠層厚度與尺寸比很小，TPE通常需要流經(jīng)較長的路徑和薄壁區(qū)來充入模具。
